It is so much easier to train your new puppy to walk with a leash when he or she is young, than waiting until they are a few months old. Do you like Chicken Salad Sandwiches? I have the best ever chicken salad recipe there is. This stuff is the bomb. You take your baked chicken, breast or tenders and dice the meat up. Then you are going to add celery, green onion, onion (i like a nice red onion for color), sweet pickle, all of which are cut up finely. Dice your boiled eggs and add to your bowl with all other ingredients. Mix with mayonnaise. This chicken salad is the absolute greatest! If you’d like to give it a little extra something, add some purple grapes cut in half. The grapes really give it a good flavor. This makes a very satisfying sandwich. Great with crackers or just a spoon!

If you are looking for a delicious, warm, and hearty new one pot dinner to try, I have just the thing for you. Red Chili Stew! It is so simple, takes very little time to prepare and is absolutely delicious. All you need is your choice of beef, what ever cut you prefer, I like the londonbroil. You could even use chicken or pork. Take you meat and cube it if it isnt already, sear it with an onion. Add potatoes, carrots or whatever you like in a stew, add your water until everything is covered. Salt and 3-5 tablespoons of Chili Powder. Simmer on your stove until your vegatables are done. Enjoy with cornbread or fresh homemade tortillas. Simple and yummy on a cold night, guaranteed to warm you up!
